About the Topic
The commercial building industry has seen a recent increase in the number of buildings using concrete podium construction. Concrete podium construction can add significant value to a project but also comes with unique challenges to both the engineer and contractor. Mr. Eads and Mr. DeRubeis will highlight some of these challenges and provide insight into podium design and construction.
